FUCO has been developing smart batteries for over 10 years and had built up considerable expertise and know-how which we deploy to every new battery that we design. From the smallest single cell battery solution with simple electronic protection to large high voltage, high current batteries with active cell balancing, fuel gauging and step protection systems.
Our strong & experienced mechanical engineering team utilizes advanced version of Solidwork and Creo/Pro-E for Cad, mold flow and critical dimension analysis.
We can quickly verify mechanical designs through our full mechanical testing procedures such as impact, vibration, IP and salty spray.
FUCO's strict quality control process offers full compliance with EU, RoHS standards to ensure batteries to meet customer's device and application.
FUCO follows international standards such as IEC, UL, MIL ...etc. to test battery packs with in house analytical tools. We ensure that all battery packs are inspected and tested before shipment.
